About the Role: Driving Strategic HR Transformation
Join us as a VP Strategic HR Consultant and play a key role in shaping strategies that enable business success. This role is designed for an experienced consultant with strong advisory capabilities, adept at solving complex challenges and driving impactful change.
As an internal consultant, you will partner with business leaders and HR teams to design and implement strategic workforce initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance employee experience. Your focus will be on delivering practical, scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities, leveraging data and technology to enable transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Provide consulting support on organizational design, workforce strategy, and change management to enable business objectives.
- Consulting & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor on policies, compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and governance frameworks.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and simplification across HR and related business processes. Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability, leveraging technology where appropriate.
- Capability Development: Support workforce planning, succession management, and leadership development programs to build future-ready capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles; exposure to HR transformation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong track record in delivering consulting solutions and driving measurable outcomes.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday) and data-driven decision-making is advantageous.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) are a plus but not required.
