Roles/ Responsilities:

• Proficiency in operation, maintenance, and set-up of all photography, video, audio and lighting equipment;
• Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
• Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments;
• Manage media by importing and backing up all media files;
• Editing and creating videos
• Concept, shoot and edit day-to-day content in the form of photos or videos and to primarily live across our social media channels and on the website.
• Able to work independently and handle clients/ projects. in the pre-production, filming and post-production stages.
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Creative Media Production, Digital Filming, Mass Communication or relevant field.
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Able to work independently in the pre-production, filming and post-production stages.
• Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience producing highly polished short videos on a deadline
• Advanced experience with editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Intermediate to advanced animation experience with Adobe After Effects
• Post-processing of images in Adobe Photoshop where needed
• Graphic Design skills with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Creative-oriented strategic thinker with experience in activating innovative creative media ideas in partnership with internal teams and partner agencies.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, with ability to handle and manage end clients.
