This position reports to the Director and interfaces with insurers, insurers’ surveyors, workshops, and internal operations staff. The Vehicle Damage Assessor is responsible for overseeing vehicle damage assessments, driving sales and new client acquisition, managing assessors, and enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. The organisation is committed to maintaining high professional standards, continuous improvement, and the development of skilled automotive assessment professionals.

Individual to be involved in:

1.Conducting and overseeing vehicle damage assessments

2. Managing and maintaining positive working relationships with existing clients and business partners

3. Coordinating and ensuring smooth operational workflows

4. Supporting business development efforts, including securing sales and new client engagements
