• Manage issuing of vehicles to new drivers and conduct briefing & the collection/inspection of vehicles from leaving drivers.

• Maintain records of vehicle allocation, servicing schedules, tire changes, insurance, road tax, inspection dates, season parking locations and renewals / cancellations etc.

• Arrange and work with warehousing team to schedule vehicle servicing and repairs without disrupting operations.

• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to check vehicle condition and whether properly maintained.

• Assist drivers in troubleshooting vehicle issues such as breakdowns, tire punctures, battery problems, or mechanical faults.

• Coordinate roadside assistance, towing services, and workshop repairs when necessary.

• Track vehicle mileage and EV charging to support maintenance planning and cost control.

• Ensure vehicles comply with regulatory requirements and company safety standards such as speed limiter etc.

• Maintain inventory of vehicle-related items such as keys, cashcards, OBU, parking devices, and emergency equipment.

Pre-Requisites / Requirements

Valid Class 3 driving license.
Some knowledge of vehicle maintenance and common mechanical issues.
Familiarity with commercial EV vehicles such as vans and lorries is an advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to operational issues such as breakdowns.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate vehicle records.
Good communication skills to liaise with drivers, workshops, and operations staff.
Basic computer skills for maintaining fleet records and documentation.
