About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing.
Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support by delivering parts to locations within the designated service area as requested by service engineers.
• Update the inventory system via tablet provided by the company, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Collect and return used parts to the company’s designated distribution center.
• Transport repaired desktop printers to and from the company’s designated distribution center.
• Report to the designated distribution center or collection point for parts replenishment as required.
• Verify the accuracy and condition of received items from the designated distribution center or collection point during replenishment.
• Manage mobile van inventory and perform periodic stock audits to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (for vans like Hiace or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of driving experience in light commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses.
• Responsible for vehicle upkeep, including reporting defects and ensuring the van is clean and roadworthy.
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Experience in collecting, delivering, and returning parts or equipment safely
• Physically fit to load and unload items safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized to manage delivery schedules.
• Previous experience as a storeman, logistics assistant, or driver.
