• Ensure all relevant permits and clearances already obtained from respective agencies prior any excavation works to commence
• Ensure all resources provided (manpower/equipment) comply with stakeholder’s requirement
• Coordination between Stakeholder, Client and sub-contractor
• Facilitate permit-to-dig application from Client / Stakeholders
• Attend the meeting with the stakeholder/client
• Generate and handle company reports, meetings and documents required
• Propose alternative work method or other way to increase productivity
• Ensure the activities comply with the quality, environment, health & safety requirements

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Have relevant road construction experience in coordination and liaison works with relevant authorities / agencies on services / utilities and diversion works
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Qualified as a Licensed Cable Detector Worker (LCDW), Licensed Telecommunication Cable Detection Worker (TCDW) is an added advantage
• Registered Earthwork Supervisor (RES) with EMA/SPPG an additional benefit
• Can advise the work team to implement appropriate measures on services / utilities protection and adopt safe work procedure to prevent damage to utilities
• Have basic understanding of Permit-to-Dig process and application
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
• Can perform task under pressure and multi-task
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in LTA projects (NSC)
• BCSS/Confined space
