About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UIDesigner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered digital interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing across various platforms.

You will focus on enhancing usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience-bridging the gap between user needs and business goals. If you thrive on solving complex problems, creating elegant motion designs, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Experience Design

• Design user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless functionality.
• Create micro-interactions and motion designs that enhance the user experience and provide meaningful visual feedback.

Interface Design

• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
• Develop graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with branding guidelines.
• Select appropriate colour palettes and typography to enhance readability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Develop low-fidelity to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize, test, and iterate on design concepts.

Responsive & Accessible Design

• Ensure designs adapt seamlessly across different screen sizes, devices, and platforms.
• Implement accessibility best practices to accommodate users with disabilities and ensure inclusive design.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Education

• Proven experience working as an Experience Designer, Product Designer, or in a related role.
• An advanced degree, training, or certification in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or evidence of exceptional ability in related design fields.

Portfolio & Technical Skills

• An excellent portfolio showcasing UX/UI and visual design work with strong graphic design sensibility and demonstrated business impact.
• Proficiency and high skill level with design and prototyping tools such as:
• Figma

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Collaboration & Mindset

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners to deliver exceptional services and experiences.
