Salary: $2800 - $3500

Location: Surface Engineering Hub, 8 Buroh Street (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm

• Remuneration: 13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus. Salary increments are conducted in March.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through timely updates in system records.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials according to safety standards.
• Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and transport providers where required.
• Implement continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to adapt fast paced warehouse and logistics environment and work independently, also a team player.
• Able to operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (e.g. reach truck) is an advantage.
• Basic computing knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
• Able to work on other duties as assigned.
