Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise server environments across Windows Server, Wintel, and Linux platforms.
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including system health checks, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and pre-/post-patch verification.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain virtual machines and server builds to support application deployment requirements.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter for provisioning, patching, and system management.
• Support IT operations activities, including incident handling, problem resolution, and change implementation.
• Execute system changes and deployments in accordance with approved change management processes.
• Plan and carry out system patching activities, including testing, validation, rollout, and rollback when necessary.
• Conduct performance assessments of server infrastructure and recommend improvements for stability and efficiency.
• Perform operating system installations, upgrades, and migrations for Windows servers and related applications.
• Manage Active Directory, domain controllers, and related identity services.
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for issue resolution and technical support.
• Provide on-call or standby support for critical system incidents and urgent troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux systems, and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Experience in patch management, including dependency planning and execution.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, preferably VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience supporting Active Directory, file servers, and domain services.
• Understanding of system monitoring tools and performance reporting.
