What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain complex software systems, ensuring they meet strict quality and performance standards
• Design and implement software validation strategies, including developing test plans, executing test cases, and analyzing results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to align software development with business objectives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring seamless system operation

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in the semiconductor or manufacturing industries
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or Python, and experience with software validation and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
