The Job:

• Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio
• Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements
• Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head-on
• Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals
• Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms
