What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Identifying and nurturing key client relationships, negotiating contracts, and securing new deals
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Providing regular reports and performance updates to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the semiconductor or automation industries
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales/marketing tools
• Willingness to travel within the region as required
