Responsibilities:

• Engaged in multiple areas of the manufacturing process, such as production operations, quality assurance, and equipment upkeep
• Supported engineers in executing process-related tasks
• Assisted with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and production activities
• Involved in ISO-related efforts, including implementation and ongoing compliance
• Took part in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)

Requirements:

• Nitec or higher qualifications in Engineering, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting
• Experience with Agile BOM management, including identifying and resolving BOM issues.
• Capable of collaborating effectively with peers, engineers, and supervisors
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to work 12 hour night shift
