• Communicate development opportunities for nurses and nursing staff.

• Responsible for managing human and financial resources

• Ensuring patient and staff satisfaction; maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained

• Oversee the use of budget and resources.

• Plan manpower for optimal patient care outcomes.

• Provide resources for staff developmental activities.

• Resolve issues related to care, coordination and service lapses.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Nursing

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as assistant NM / ANC / managerial role

• Registered with SNB
