Job Description

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during consultations and procedures.
• Attend to patient queries and help create a comfortable clinic experience.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Handle the cleaning and sterilisation of dental tools and equipment.
• Support imaging procedures such as X-rays and OPG scans for clinical evaluation.
• Coordinate and follow up on laboratory cases and related documentation.
• Assist with patient registration, appointment arrangements, billing matters, and follow-up scheduling.
• Support medication dispensing and general front-desk coordination duties when required.

Requirements

• Have passion in dental assisting and training will be provided
• Office hours, 5.5 days
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and comply with clinical safety requirements, including prolonged use of PPE.
