Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in property development, particularly for data centre and logistics projects.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging property trends, potential land opportunities, and new clients.

• Perform outreach activities to generate leads and maintain follow-ups with potential partners.

• Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, building owners, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders.

• Meet with prospective partners to understand their investment strategies and project requirements.

• Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to potential partners and senior management.

• Support negotiations and coordination with government agencies, financial institutions, and project stakeholders.

• Work closely with regional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and smooth project execution.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling business development for property development, preferably with logistics center or data center-related projects.

• Good commercial awareness and analytical ability to identify new business opportunities.

• Familiar with government regulations, approval processes, and development procedures related to infrastructure or property projects.
