We are looking for an experienced and passionate Specialty Coffee Experience Lead (Barista) to deliver exceptional coffee and service in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. If you take pride in craftsmanship, customer interaction, and creating memorable moments through coffee, this role is for you.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Create a warm and engaging experience by welcoming customers, explaining menu items, and recommending beverages and food.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks using proper brewing techniques.

• Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches and baked goods with consistency and care.

• Educate customers on coffee blends, brewing methods, and product differences.

• Handle orders and payments accurately.

• Package food and beverages neatly for takeaway and dine-in customers.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar, equipment, and utensils.

• Update signage and visual displays to attract and engage customers.

• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment of items behind the counter and in display cases.

• Continuously learn and improve beverage preparation, food presentation, and service quality.

• Work closely with a fun, efficient, and high-energy team during peak hours.
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.

• Background in food & beverage or customer service is preferred.

• Strong passion for coffee, quality, and service excellence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Polite, engaging, and customer-focused personality.

• Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
