Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire construction process for landed residential projects, ensuring strict adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide mentorship to junior project engineers and coordinators.
• Manage project costs, evaluate progress claims, control variations, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
•  Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (using MS Project), identify potential risks (e.g., weather delays, material shortages), and implement corrective actions immediately.
•  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants. Facilitate smooth communication and resolve site conflicts efficiently.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications. Enforce strict safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
•  Coordinate with QPs (Architect/Engineer) to ensure all works align with approved plans and authority requirements. Manage the inspection and approval process with BCA.
• Address unforeseen site challenges (e.g., soil conditions, structural discrepancies) with practical, immediate solutions.
• Prepare progress reports, site meeting minutes, and handover documentation for management and clients.

Job Requirements:

•  Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
