Job Description:

· Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

· To assist and perform the daily accounting and administrative duties such as putting up cheques for payments.

· Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management

· Responsible in administering and issuing invoices to the customers.

· To gather and handle all petty cash transactions and posting of all Accounts accurately by entering into the Computerized Systems.

. To attend to the External Auditors and to be involved and participate in the Annual Stocktaking

· Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

· General admin support such as answering phone call, settle outgoing mails etc

· To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Superiors
