Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise applications, system integration, and technology implementation
• Support application deployment, customization, maintenance, and performance optimization
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with business users, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support third-party systems and manage application-related issues
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and ISO27001 standards adherence
• Provide user training and support after-hours operations when required
• Lead IT support teams and oversee project progress and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• With over 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in team management and 3 years in software design/development/support
• Strong knowledge in: Enterprise applications, SDLC, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, SQL Server / databases, Web technologies and server infrastructure
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise systems
• Education sector experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Certifications
