• Exposure to preventive maintenance procedures for UPS and battery systems

• Familiarity with battery health checks, runtime monitoring, and inspection practices

Operational Competencies

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a live operations environment

• Experience in incident reporting, escalation, and documentation

• Exposure to coordination with engineers, facilities teams, and vendors
