Electrical Maintenance Technician (Rotating Shift
Up to $5,800 Gross)

Gross Salary: $4,500 – $5,800++ (depending on 4, 5, or 6 working days per week)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 (for 4-day work week) + allowances up to $300 + OT
Location: Tuas
[Company shuttle bus provided daily from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT]

What You’ll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade electrical equipment across the plant

• Work closely with production colleagues and technicians to keep lines running

• Lead or support maintenance tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Engineer

• Use tools like multimeters, megger testers, and thermal scanners to diagnose issues

• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specs

• Handle motor control, wiring, and automated production line issues

• Follow safety and housekeeping standards closely

• Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance work

What You’ll Need

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Strong hands-on skills with electrical measurement tools

• Good understanding of motor control and equipment wiring

• Comfortable with rotating shifts

• Able to train operators and junior technicians

• PLC knowledge (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron) is a plus

• Licensed Electrical Worker is an advantage
