Our client is in the Healthcare Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for a Senior / Assistant Manager, Talent Development to support talent development initiatives and HR-related projects.

Location: Redhill

Contract Duration: 89 Days (3 Months)
Start Date: 19 June 2026

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary:
$3,500 – $5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning and execution of fellowship and scholarship schemes for Healthcare Professionals across the healthcare network
• Plan and support fund acquisition activities for scholarship programmes
• Manage and coordinate scholarship selection and claims processes
• Organise the annual scholarship awards ceremony for recipients
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth administration and execution of scholarship initiatives

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in any discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior / Assistant Manager level
• Candidates with less than 4 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager position
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
