Job Details:

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 830am-530pm
• Location: Clementi
• Contract (potential to convert to perm)
• Salary Range : $3,500 - $4,500

Job Scope:

• Coordinate lecturer recruitment, appointment, onboarding and deployment
• Manage class scheduling, including timetabling, venue allocation and teaching assignments
• Process teaching and marking fees accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth class delivery
• Liaise with university partners and academic teams on teaching, assessment and student matters
• Coordinate course evaluations, class observations and lecturer feedback exercises
• Maintain effective working relationships with local and visiting lecturers
• To participate in Open House and support outreach events.
• To support other marketing related functions when assigned.
• To support institution-wide graduation and examination duties.
