Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Research and design end-to-end user experiences for digital services.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to translate design ideas into prototypes and products.
• Develop and implement user experience processes and guidelines.
• Conduct product inception sessions with product owners to understand requirements.
• Build empathy with users to design intuitive, usable products, applying design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Create branding and style guides to support prototypes and product development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in digital product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and focus groups.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
