Job Description

As we continue to expand and drive innovation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Singapore. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and prototype user interfaces.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements to understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of our target users.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and adhere to design guidelines and industry best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of mobile and web devices and interfaces.
• Create digital media assets (images and videos) for marketing websites, social media and presentation slides.
• Maintain a consistent and intuitive user experience across all features and functionalities of our in-house products.
• Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX design trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design/ Arts or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for digital products or services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, particularly for web applications or software interfaces.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Creative and meticulous with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• A strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout as they apply to the Singaporean market.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
