Responsibilities:

• Review user stories and test plans to ensure that business requirements and scenarios are addressed for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
• Support product/ distribution related system enhancements, where relevant.
• Log defects/ issues and support issue tracking and resolution.
• Conduct live verification and post-implementation checks, where necessary.
• Ensure timely completion and proper closure of testing activities within project timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of testing artefacts and related project documents for record-keeping and audit purposes.
• Participate in UAT process improvement initiatives and execute/ support review and improvement of workflow and business processes, where relevant.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in life insurance industry.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in performing UATs and writing/ reviewing test documentation, product UAT experience is a bonus.
• Strong MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables and common functions.
