Job Summary

You will provide professional hair and scalp treatments while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at THE DRX CLINIC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalp and hair treatments to improve clients’ hair and scalp health according to professional standards
• Shampoo, blow-dry, and style hair.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Assist customers by recommending suitable hair care products and services based on their needs
• Collaborate with consultants to monitor and document customer treatment progress for effective care
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with stock orders to maintain product availability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tricho experience; training provided if needed
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members
• Exhibit a positive attitude and work collaboratively as a team player
