Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30

Salary: Up to $5000 + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Review treasury-related legal and banking documents including banking agreements, trade finance instruments, KYC packages, Board Resolutions, and CRS/FATCA forms
• Coordinate global banking documentation, bank account maintenance, signatory updates, and bank guarantee applications
• Maintain proper documentation, compliance records, and internal controls
• Maintain bank account data, cash-pooling structures, and treasury transactions within TMS and SAP
• Support treasury systems administration, troubleshooting, and secure banking connectivity
• Support M&A treasury integration projects and process automation initiatives
• Provide operational and administrative support for Treasury Middle Office activities

Job Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MS Excel VBA / Power Query / Power Automate / Power BI skills is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP (S/4 HANA) and/or Treasury Management Systems (TMS) is advantageous.
