You’ll be handling travel enquiries from start to finish — advising clients, building itineraries, and converting them into confirmed bookings.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role. You need to be responsive, accurate, and confident managing multiple enquiries at the same time.

what you’ll be doing

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Build customised itineraries across flights, hotels, and tours
• Use Amadeus for pricing, ticketing, and reissues
• Recommend suitable options based on client needs and budget
• Follow up on leads to maximise conversion
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and client requests
• Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus (pricing, ticketing, reissues)
• Able to manage multiple enquiries without delays
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical
• Clear and confident communication with clients
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Base salary: SGD 2,800 – 4,000 (based on experience)
