Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Position Title: Transportation Executive / Traffic Controller
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm; Sat, 830am – 1230pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members for daily operations
• Oversee trucking activities to meet delivery requirements
• Assign Prime Mover drivers for trucking tasks
• Ensure drivers complete safety checklists to prevent accidents
• Track truck and delivery status for optimal resource use
• Communicate customer requirements to Prime Mover drivers
• Handle CMS/CTR bookings
• Use Portnet and manage shipping documents
• Coordinate with workshops for vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

• Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'O' or 'N' Level.
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
