Job Description

• Provide technical leadership and conduct studies for Road Design Works, Traffic Layout Plans (TLP), and Traffic Control Plans (TCP).

• Prepare and develop Setting Out Plans (SET), Cross Longitudinal Section (CLS) drawings, and Traffic Control / Temporary Layout Plans in compliance with local and international design standards for submission and approval.

• Carry out Traffic Management, Project Safety Reviews (PSR), and Transport Impact Assessment (TIA) studies, including the preparation of technical reports.

• Provide professional traffic and transport advisory services to developers, consultants, and relevant authorities or agencies.

• Support and participate in projects across different countries operates, including international travel when required.

• Assist in project execution and company-related activities as assigned.

• Contribute to project planning with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Potentially take on senior responsibilities based on experience, technical expertise, and leadership capability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic transportation or related fields

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or Transportation Engineering.

• Strong understanding of transport safety, traffic management principles, and traffic study methodologies.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and AutoTurn

• Knowledge of SIDRA software.

• Experience or knowledge in PSR, Traffic Management, and TIA studies.

• Strong initiative, effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and lateral thinking ability.

• Strong analytical and technical reporting capabilities.
