Job Description

• Receive job via email or dispatch

• Keying into the warehouse system for update

• Checking documents and doing invoices

• Filing and scanning from hard copy to soft copy into our system

• Others assigned duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

• Prior experience in haulage, transport, or logistics operations is an advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
