• Position : Training Support Executive (SSG / TP Gateway)

• Location : Walkable from Lavender MRT

• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate course logistics (scheduling, rooms, catering, equipment, instructors)

• Manage course registrations, payments, attendance, materials, and certificates

• Support instructors with preparation, resources, and feedback collection

• Monitor course effectiveness through feedback, outcome tracking, and ROI analysis

• Assist in course development through research, content updates, and SME collaboration

• Maintain accurate records of schedules, participants, feedback, and compliance

• Perform other assigned administrative duties

Requirements:

• Familiar with TP Gateway/SSG/SFC Grant

• Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
