Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to building a strong and capable team by supporting learning and development initiatives
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and structured learning journeys
- Work closely with leaders to identify team development needs and training gaps
- Manage scheduling, venue arrangements (virtual and physical), and training materials
- Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor training effectiveness and performance outcomes
- Create engaging training communications and learning content for participants
- Support internal trainers and coordinate with external facilitators when required
- Champion a continuous learning culture across the organisation
- Develop strong organisational skills in a people-focused, collaborative environment
- Contribute directly to team excellence and individual professional growth
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously
- High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
