Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of each department's daily processes through structured job rotation
- Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and structured learning programmes
- Assist with daily tasks and projects across departments under the guidance of supervisors
- Learn and apply new skills relevant to the role, industry, and business environment
- Seek regular feedback and continuously work towards improving personal performance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and key deliverables
- Prepare reports and presentations to support management decision-making
- Compile and evaluate performance reports to track progress and identify improvements
- Support client business development and assist in maintaining client relationships
- Provide general support to colleagues and contribute to cross-functional initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
- A keen interest in business, finance, or consulting-related fields
