Job Description
Job Description
The Training and Development Officer (Hospitality-to-Manufacturing Transition) is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that elevate hospitality standards across our bakery manufacturing site. This role ensures that all team members — from production-floor staff to front-of-house and leadership — are equipped with the skills, behaviors, and service mindset needed to deliver exceptional quality, safety, and guest experience while supporting a high-performance manufacturing environment.
This position bridges hospitality excellence with manufacturing discipline, fostering a culture of professionalism, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for 5-star hotel trainers, service excellence managers, or L&D professionals who are ready to apply their hospitality expertise beyond the hotel environment — shaping service culture, professionalism, and consistency within a bakery manufacturing and production setting.
You will bring the luxury service mindset, behavioral standards, and training discipline of a world-class hotel into a high-performance operational environment, helping teams deliver exceptional quality, safety, and guest experience at scale.
