Training & Events Administrative Executive (Contract)

My client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to support the administration and coordination of training programmes, events, and stakeholder engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of courses for Senior Leaders and staff
• Liaise with departments and stakeholders to secure venues, coordinate schedules, and ensure logistical arrangements are completed
• Prepare and coordinate training materials and programme requirements
• Collect and maintain training-related information such as attendance records and feedback
• Support events, meetings, and programme operations where required
• Provide administrative support for special events and ad-hoc projects
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training administration, event coordination, or similar operational support roles will be advantageous
• Ability to collect, track, and organise data accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Employment Details

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Contract Duration: 7 months
