Special Needs Education Trainee Programme (12 Months)

This unique programme offers aspiring educators the opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while pursuing a fully sponsored Diploma in Neurodiversity, Teaching and Learning.

What You'll Gain

• Full sponsorship of the Diploma in Neurodiversity, Teaching and Learning from The GUILD
• Practical experience working alongside experienced educators in a special education classroom
• Monthly allowance of $800
• Structured professional development and mentorship
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the programme

Programme Structure

This is a hybrid work-study programme combining classroom practice and formal learning:

• Work as an Education Intern in the classroom
• Attend diploma classes fortnightly
• Commitment of: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 12nn or 12nn to 4:00pm. Twice a month, 9:00am – 5:00pm for diploma classes
