We are seeking passionate, Chinese-speaking sales assistants to support our daily operations.

Position Types

• Full-time - experience in TCM retail required

Job Responsibilities

• Sales Checkout Process: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, handle returns and exchanges, and manage cash and credit card payments.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage herbs stock levels to report any discrepancies or shortages to the store manager. Includes receiving and managing incoming stocks.
• Merchandising: Organize and replenish products on shelves, ensuring the store looks neat and tidy.
• Sales: Provide customized wellness recommendations to aid customers in making purchase decisions by familiarising with our products and properties
• Security: Ensure that all sales are properly recorded and that the store’s security procedures are followed to prevent theft and fraud.
