Job Summary

Perform skilled masonry, plastering, tiling, screeding, waterproofing, and concrete works at construction sites, ensuring all tasks meet project standards and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry tasks to build and repair structures, ensuring durability and compliance with project specifications
• Apply plastering techniques to walls and ceilings to achieve smooth, even surfaces that meet quality standards
• Install tiles accurately to create durable and aesthetically pleasing finishes in wet trade environments
• Execute screeding to level floors and surfaces, preparing them for subsequent construction phases
• Apply waterproofing materials effectively to prevent water ingress and protect building structures
• Carry out concrete works and general wet trade tasks to support building construction and repair projects
• Ensure all work complies with construction standards and project requirements to maintain safety and quality
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet project deadlines and support site operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wet trade works
• Proficiency in plastering, bricklaying, and tiling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work 6 days per week to support project timelines
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
