Responsibilities:

• Handle general administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing appointment schedules, and answering phone calls.

• Set up therapy rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.

• Record client responses to treatments and keep their files up to date.

• Perform basic treatments as directed by therapists or medical staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing equipment, changing linens, and tidying therapy areas.

• Act as a liaison between clients, therapists, and other departments.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is beneficial.

• Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

• High attention to detail with a compassionate and caring attitude.

• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the role.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
