We are seeking an experienced Civil Tender Quantity Surveyor to lead and support tendering activities for major infrastructure projects, particularly those under the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and Public Utilities Board (PUB). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of civil works, government tender procedures, and cost estimation methodologies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) and cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tenders

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs

• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers

• Liaise with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies

• Ensure compliance with LTA/PUB tender requirements, specifications, and pricing formats

• Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals within stipulated deadlines

• Conduct post-tender evaluations and support contract negotiations

• Assist in variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control during project execution (if required)

📚 Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of QS experience, with proven track record in LTA and PUB tenders

• Strong understanding of civil engineering works, including roadworks, drainage, sewerage, and utilities

• Proficient in AutoCAD, and MS Excel

• Familiarity with Singapore Standard Method of Measurement (SSMM) and public sector procurement processes

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender submissions concurrently

🌟 Preferred Attributes

• Experience in LTA/ PUB Job

• Knowledge of Green Mark, sustainability cost factors, or BIM-based tendering

• Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination abilities
