Responsibilities:

• Lead the Tender Team in evaluating tender proposals, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring contractual, budget, and resource planning are fully projected for awarded projects.
• Plan tender strategies to align with company vision and business goals.
• Review, prepare, and develop proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Liaise with Technical and Financial staff, Sub-Contractors, legal teams, and client representatives.
• Prepare and monitor production plans, budget estimates, and weekly management reports.
• Draft, review, discuss, and negotiate business contracts to ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Ensure timely tender submissions and manage all tender-related activities.
• Design and prepare business proposals and solutions to improve cost competitiveness and profit margins.
• Attend site visits and tender meetings; prepare responses to clarifications.
• Explore new potential customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Perform ad-hoc tender-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction Management, Construction Management and Economics, or related fields.
• Proven track record in tendering commercial building projects valued at SGD100 million or more.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software.
• Familiarity with tender documentation, procurement processes, and legal requirements.
• 5–8 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
