We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this role, you will support the build, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of company websites and landing pages. Your primary responsibilities will include creating pages using templates, uploading and managing web content, and ensuring a high standard of quality across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Page Setup: Create, edit, and publish web pages using templates and Content Management Systems (e.g. Craft, WordPress, Wix, Webflow).

• Content Management: Update website content, images, and multimedia to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Asset Optimisation: Resize and optimise images and digital assets to improve website performance and page load speed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Web Developers and UX teams to support enhancements and updates.

• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for website configurations, updates, and standard procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Basics: Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS (an advantage but not required).

• CMS Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one major CMS (Craft, WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or similar).

• Tools: Familiarity with image editing or design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or equivalent.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in web development, web support, or internships involving website maintenance.
