Job Scope:
Project Operations & Management:

• Download and collate building plans from internal databases
• Receive 3D building model deliverables from contractors (e.g courier delivery) and upload them into the computer
• Monitor progress of 3D building model development and provide progress reports
• Flag out errors in 3D building model deliverables and perform quality checks
• Help check and confirm project expenses from research teams
• Help the team with other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Skillsets:

• Basic interpretation of building layout drawings and blueprints
• Software skills: Microsoft Word & Excel, ArcGIS Pro (Basic Proficiency)*, Coding skills (Basic Proficiency)* *Not compulsory as on job training will be provided 

Working Hours: Office hours

Contract Period: 3 months to 1 year

Salary: $15-$18/hr
