• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Work Arrangement: 5-day work week (office-based)

Salary : Hourly Rate: $20.77 per hour (Degree holders)

Job Description

We are looking for a Temporary Officer to support administrative and operational functions within the Secretariat of Healthcare Professional Boards (SPB). This role offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare regulatory processes and gain exposure to policy and case management work.

Key Responsibilities

• Check eligibility and pairing of supervisors and supervisees
• Process assessment reports and related applications
• Prepare case summaries on healthcare professionals’ performance and assist with follow-up actions
• Liaise with HR representatives from healthcare institutions
• Update trained supervisors’ details in PRS
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Candidates with relevant administrative, coordination, or data processing experience
• Meticulous with good analytical and writing skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrates initiative, positive work attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
