Temp Finance Admin (AP/AR) – 3 to 6 Months #HMS
📍 Nearest MRT: Raffles Place MRT Station
🕒 Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6:00pm
💰 Hourly Rate:
- Min O / A Level / Below Diploma: $10/hr
- Min Diploma: $11/hr
- Min Undergraduate: $12/hr
- Min Degree: $15/hr
About the Role
You will be supporting the Shared Services Unit (SSU), handling finance and admin functions across multiple union entities. This role suits candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform data entry of receipts and payments
- Process invoices and follow up when required
- Assist with bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper e-filing and documentation for audit
- Support month-end closing tasks
- Other ad hoc admin duties
Requirements
- Minimum A Levels / Nitec / Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- Basic accounting knowledge (POA is acceptable)
- Prior AP/AR / data entry experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel & MS Office
