Job Scope:

• Support Webfusion integration for the new website and Sitecore implementation
• Manage and update website content
• Provide logistics support for Family Day events
• Coordinate sponsorship activities and liaise with partners/sponsors
• Update content across Lobby, Lounge, and Clinic TV screens
• Handle patient relations, including attending to queries and compiling feedback data
• Manage ordering and inventory of Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) with clinics
• Coordinate clinic and FM signage requests

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in any field
• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks
