• Provide general administrative & clerical support
• Office Operations & Coordination like ordering of pantry, calling courier services, aircon servicing
• Documentation & Records Management
• Handle and maintain confidential information, correspondence, and documentation with discretion.
• Data entry, saving emails and whatsapp messages, document scanning, photocopy, filing, archiving, backup records and secure storage of records. Maintain a systematic and accessible documentation and records system (for all documents in and out of the office)
• Handle phone calls and softwares like canva and CRM

Requirements 

• Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline 
• Preferably with prior administrative experiences
